My print arrived and there was a mix up, (My fault) and your staff handled everything with total professionalism. I now have the spectacular print Aluminize produced for me. I highly recommend Aluminize! Great staff, Spectacular product.
However, my print was not enough resolution to justify such a large print. I worked with Hilga to upscale my resolution through Topaz PhotoAI, but in the end it did not give the resolution for this 20 X 60, I would spent the hundreds of dollars for it. It looks OK from across the room but not close up, unlike the dozens of other 20 X 60 Hilga has printed for me. Crisp and clear from one foot away. My mistake for trying.
My client was unhappy with both of the Aluminize prints I ordered. I'm going to call you Tuesday to discuss.
