What's the difference between rush processing and rush shipping?

Rush processing puts your order at the top of our to-do list, getting it out of our warehouse and into the mail faster. Rush shipping does not impact processing time, but rather expedites delivery.
What if I spend less than X per year?

Your pro membership status is valid for the remainder of the year within which you crossed the spend threshold plus one calendar year. If by the end of that full calendar year you have not maintained the sped level necessary to maintain your Pro tier, you will assume the benefits of the applicable tier for the following calendar year.
How long do my pro benefits last?

Your Silver benefits never expire. If you are in the Gold or Platinum tiers, your Pro benefits will be valid so long as you maintain your spend level every year. If your spend level drops below the threshold after a year, you will fall into the corresponding tier.
How do I access my cash back?

Will all of my orders have white label shipping?

We offer white label shipping for an additional $1 per order.
What if my customer isn’t happy with an order?

We handle each of our orders with care to ensure the utmost satisfaction from your customers. If an issue does arise, please email info@aluminyze.com within 10 days of your customer receiving their order and we will be happy to assist you.
What color profile should I be using?

In order to achieve the closest color to your original image file that’s possible, we recommend correcting to Adobe RGB (1998) and correcting on a calibrated monitor.
Which surface is right for my image?

We offer a silver or white base on all of our prints. The white base will make vivd colors pop and appear true to the original image. This finish is best for bright or detailed images and portraits. The silver base will transform your image and give it a unique metallic sheen. This base is best for simpler images with high contrast and dark shadows.
Which finish is right for my image?

We offer a glossy and matte finish. The glossy finish has a nice reflective quality to it and really makes your image “pop”, whereas the matte finish will have no glare, and will appear more subtle.
What are the mounting options?

We have a variety of mounting options available for your photos: magnets, easels, pedestals, wall floats, and aluminum edge mount frames. For more information, click here.
Do the prints come with hardware?

All of our prints come with the option to add hardware for an additional cost, and we have a wide variety of pre-installed or assembled options to choose from.
How to hang prints once they are delivered?

Our prints are available with your customers' choice of pre-installed hardware or an installation kit that comes with everything you'll need to display them.
Are the print corners sharp or rounded?

The corners of our prints are .08” in radius.
How sustainable is printing on metal?

We only print on recycled aluminum right here in the US, helping us to use fewer resources on manufacturing and transportation. Metal prints are a sustainable choice because they are built to last and are much more durable than standard paper prints, so you'll never need to replace them!
Can my prints be hung outdoors?

There is a UV resistant coating applied to all prints. This makes them extremely durable and virtually fade resistant. They are waterproof and will fair well outdoors, but will start to fade in the sun after prolonged exposure.
Do Pro Members Get Free Shipping?

Yes, we are delighted to offer free standard shipping to all of our Aluminyze Pro members.
Is there an additional fee for oversized prints?

Yes. While our shipping is free, an oversize fee of $99 is applied to any prints from 40x60 and larger.

What is the oversize fee for?

This fee is necessary to cover the additional costs like special packaging and increased handling costs. This allows us to maintain the high quality standard that Aluminyze is known for. We strive to keep this as reasonable as possible, ensure that our Pro members receive the best value and service.

Price Match Guarantee

What is a price match guarantee?

A price match guarantee ensures you pay the lowest price for your Aluminyze metal print when compared to select options on the market. If you are in the process of purchasing a metal print and see an alternative identical option at a lower final cost, we will refund you the difference between what you paid at Aluminyze, and the price available through another printer.
Does everyone receive a price match guarantee?

At this point in time, our price match guarantee is exclusive to Gold and Platinum Aluminyze Pro members.
How do I claim a price match?

To claim a price match, contact our customer service team at pro@aluminyze.com with your order number and the details of the lower pricing option. Our team will review the information and refund you the difference if the proposed price match is valid.
At what stage of ordering should I contact customer service about price matching?

To receive a price match refund, your price match must be received by our customer service team after your order has been placed and before your order has been shipped. Once your information has been received, our team will pay out all qualifying price match requests.
How is price matching calculated?

Price matching is calculated based on the final total cost of both printing options – including shipping, default discounts, cashback value, and product modification fees.
Does every Aluminyze print qualify for a price match?

Yes, price matching is based on the final cost of one singular product compared to the final cost of an identical singular product.  Price matching will not be applied to discounted bulk pricing. As long as the mounting, sizing, and modifications to your product match exactly, every Aluminyze print is eligible for price matching.
Can I price match prints from any company?

At this point in time, we will accept price matching from the following companies: Printique, Bay Photo, Nations, Art Beats & WHCC.

Shipping Lead Time

What is the lead time on orders?

Orders typically take 3-4 business days to ship with our standard processing option and 1-2 business days with rush processing. These processing times can increase during busy times. We show real-time processing times for your order during the checkout process.
Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States and to Canada.
How long does shipping take?

Shipping can take anywhere from 1-6 business days. We ship from Atlanta GA so the closer you are located the less time it would take. We show estimated delivery times to yuor location during the checkout process.
My photo arrived damaged. What do I do?

We package your Aluminyzed prints with care to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. In the event that your items are damaged during shipment, please contact us within 10 days. Please email info@aluminyze.com with pictures of your damaged prints and packaging, along with your order number. Please do not throw anything out until after we request you to.

How do I clean my print?

We suggest using water or a mild window cleaner and a soft cloth to clean your print.
Can my prints be hung outdoors?

How do I make changes to my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you may still be able to make a change to it. Please call 855-258-6469 with your order number as soon as you can to request a change. We are open Monday-Friday from 10-6 EST.
How thick are your aluminum prints?

Our prints are .045” in thickness.
Are the corners of your prints sharp or rounded?

The corners of our prints are .08” in radius.
Which surface is right for my image?

We offer both the white and silver surface. The silver surface will transform your image. Anything white or light in your image will actually show up as the raw aluminum, or silver, itself. If you are looking for results true to your original image file, you should stick with the white surface.
